Very enlightening read. Can be very helpful to know what your elements are though some of the ideas that they suggest in order to cure yourself are a little drastic. Taking the test and finding the element(s) you are are very interesting..like reading about yourself in a horoscope! And it tells you how you be feeling or thinking if your element is low or high. Can't read in one sitting....but great to browse through!
