After a rotator cuff injury sent me in pain to the doctor & chiropractor, I learned the value of proper stretching - for both maintenance and repair. I LOVE this book and use it all the time - it's helped me get through hip pain, shoulder pain, wrist pain, you name it as well as build excellent routine stretching programs.
