The first story (There's no such thing as a werewolf) can also be found in Mary Janice Davidson's Dead and Loving It, it's Wyndham #5. Good story.

The second, The Lust Bastion, lives up to the book's title - it's lighthearted fun. The ending is a bit thrown together, but it tells a good story.

The third, which takes up half the book, is the worst of the three. Chris Tanglen is trying for a wacky Douglas Adams-style humor, and it ends up just feeling superfluous and random in the context of the sto...more

WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Drenched With Affection will make you wish you never liked reading romance novels or anything else. It could potentially turn a lifelong reader off of reading for fear of another story like it.


I liked There's No Such Thing As A Werewolf and The Lust Bastion. They by themselves would have earned 4 stars from me so I apologize to MaryJanice Davidson and Michele R. Bardsley. The rating has nothing to do with you guys. I really did enjoy the first two but no matter how hard I...more

This could have been a great story if it wasn't this short.

La historia iba bien, pero luego, típico de MJD, se lió… todo pasa muy rápido, todo se caba muy rápido, es decir, le falta tanto a la historia que te deja a medias aunque los personajes sean casi perfectos!! Una pena, porque creo que para la autora esta saga es algo secundario para rellenar antologías y para mí podría ser algo muchísimo mejor.
