The World’s Greatest BLT with Goat Cheese, Avocado, and Basil was worth getting this book. I have returned it to the library after copying some other recipes which look interesting. The reason I was interested in this book is that four years ago our family underwent an eating transformation. It wasn't that we hadn't been conscious of eating healthy.
