Mostly applicable for buyers of new cars. The guy comes off as a dick, and I guess the tone is that he's trying to let you know how a dick of a car salesman thinks so you can feel better about buying a car, but he sort of makes you feel like nothing you do will prepare you enough because the car salesman always know how to win because it's his job--all while giving you tips on how to protect yourself, which, remember, you really can't.
