I picked this book up a few years back at a library sale. I've only ever read The Call of the Wild, Wild Fang, and his short story "To Build a Fire," but I was intrigued enough by him to want to read his biography.

I'm generally not very big on biographies, but I've always enjoyed his stories as good, old-fashioned adventure stories. I know that there's more to them than that, but I just appreciate the ability to escape into the wild every now and then.

So, I was pleasantly surprised by this bio
