My Mom recommended this book, she read it when she was a young Mom.
This book reminded me of a lot of things I already know. Thankfully, I have been surrounded by many supportive Christian Moms who have loved me and accepted me just as I am- I have never felt pressure to be a Super-Mom and recognize my areas of weakness as well as my strengths. I have mourned for what I have lost not working out of the home anymore and have fully embraced being home with my kids (this took time). ...more
