Okay, I didn't read it word-for-word, but I did like what I saw: fun, detailed, bright double-page spreads that take some creative approaches to showing info about the human body. The die-cut cover with transparent body made me pick this up, but it's the Facebook page for the Heart that made me laugh out loud. Great gift book for science and trivia lovers.

Open Me Up was a fun book about the way peoples bodies work. It talked about all types of stuff, from your fingerprints to your brain. It taught you tons of facts and made learning a little more interesting. I hope you decide to check it out some time!
Cool collages, photos, cartoons, and all kinds of art work illustrate this huge collection of facts and information about the human body, how it works, and the history of medicine. There is a fascinating idea on every page, and every page is fun to look at!
