A good resource to reflect on how one has or doesn't have control over their emotions and temper. Where there is fear, there is also frustration, guilt, shame, lack of self esteem, possibility of dysfunction. One of the results is projection, blame, criticism, contempt...fear to acknowledge one's responsibility.
