The Islamic Antichrist: The Shocking Truth about the Real Nature of the Beast
The Bible predicts that in the last days a charismatic leader will establish a global following in the name of peace. The Koran also predicts that a man will rise up to lead the nations, pledging to usher in an era of peace. The man in the Koran is called the Mahdi, or Islam's savior. However, the man in the Bible is the Antichrist. Joel Richardson's stunning research and ...more

Well researched, authoritative, and -- seriously off the wall!
Based on responses from fellow readers, I should perhaps elaborate on my reasons for reading, much less reviewing, this "hate-filled," etc. diatribe, the main goal of which is to expose Islam for what Richardson claims it to be -- namely, the key to Satan's plan for end-time world domination.
I had a problem, you see: one of the minor tropes in my new book Dualism is an end-time event known as "al...more

I was gobsmacked when I read this book. Absolutely blown away. I have read the Koran and have a small amount of understanding of it but this blew the lid off of anything I THOUGHT I knew.
How to explain this book is just hard. The author makes a credible and amazing case for the idea that the Anti-Christ will be of Muslim descent. He also paints a completely different portrait of Islam than groups like C.A.I.R. routinely espouse. In addition, he shows that the Koran is not the on...more

While the book was highly informative, presenting a wealth of absolutely accurate information about the beliefs within Islam, a couple of factors prevented this from gaining a fifth star.
First, where is the discussion of the Rapture of the Church? At several points, Richardson discusses dealing with what will happen concerning the Pahdi as if he will have to face it. If the Mahdi is indeed the Antichrist, as I believe he is, Richardson would not have to face him because of the Raptur...more

Wow. Just WOW. An amazing exploration of Bible prophecy, Muslim prophecy, and how the two are so tightly intertwined. This book will scare you.
This is a very interesting book. It's very useful in trying to do paradigm shifts. We sometimes get ourselves into ruts and don't think our way out of them.
Very eye opening for any Christian who is interested in biblical eschatology.

“God did not reveal every final detail for a reason. He rarely does. If He did, then we would be justified in simply waiting for the Antichrist to come and get us. We would be entirely justified in digging holes in the ground as secret hideouts to store our survival food. But instead, God desires us to actually wrestle with Him in prayer, not only for our own souls and those of our families, but also for the very nations that we live in and call home.”
