When this book was recommended by a friend, I didn't expect it would impact me as much as it has. I never truly understood the relationship between one's "Teacher" and the "Buddhas" and as result, while I greatly respected the role and importance of the Buddhas, I completely underestimated the role and value of one's Teacher.
