It's a kid's caper book, and it has about all the substance that you would expect from a caper book. The characters in the gang are defined by their abilities: there's the climber, the small space guy, the computer wiz, etc... And the "brains" behind the gang is "The Man With The Plan." The plans, of course, go terribly awry. But everything works out in the end.

I've read some reviews where people are concerned about the kind of role models and messages that this might send out to our kids. That'

What a disappointment! The latest works from Gordon Korman, including Swindle, "Schooled", and this book are horrible!
"Zoobreak" was the sequel to "Swindle" and was basically the same book with different details thrown in. It followed the pattern of: Kids get cheated by "bad" adult, police won't help, so kids literally break into someplace and then get caught by police, but the police let them off because the adult whose property the kids broke into was "bad". What kind of message is this sendi

Griffin Bing, “the Man with the Plan” is back with his friends from Swindle to solve another mystery and put some more shady adults in their place.

The day Savannah’s pet monkey Cleo goes missing gets worse when the kids discover the monkey is being held captive in a crummy, run-down zoo. As if running a crummy zoo with tiny cages and questionable animal care isn’t bad enough, the zoo is actually stealing pets to fill up the zoo…and the kids aren’t going to stand for it. The grown-ups the kids go

This book is all about getting Savannah's monkey, Cleopatra back. Then by a complete surprise they see Cleopatra at a very bad zoo where none of the animals are getting what they need. Then they get kicked out of the zoo because Savannah goes crazy because she knows that is her monkey and the person whos giving the tour refuse to admit to it. this book is a big time fiction book i dont think anyone can trully pull off what they did in this book. the setting is that they are looking for this monkey that was stolen then they have to keep all of these animals in their house because they dont want them being shipped away on this boat. thee chraters are ben and he is the man with the plan if there is ever a problem he would be the one to call because he can figure out any plan at all then there are a bunch of his friends that help him out ...more
Zoobreak is the sequel to Korman's Swindle. Most of the previous gang make an appearance. This time, instead of a card being stolen, Savannah Drysdale's pet monkey Cleo goes missing. Luther, Savannah's pet doberman (transformed from the vicious killer of Swindle into a pussycat) is devastated. Savannah and her sixth grade class go on a field trip to a run-down floating zoo. I personally love ALL of the books written by Gordon Korman.

Have you ever wondered if somebody has a plan for everything? Well Griffin Bing does. This is a realistic fiction book. This is a good book because some things happen when u don't expect them to happen.
Savanah wanted to get her monkey back but it was at a zoo. So she asked Griffin to make a plan to rescue her monkey. Then she actually rescues her monkey. This takes place in the present. This is a people vs people conflict because the group of kids don't agree with the zookeeper and the security

Yes, I liked it for the following reasons first there were lots of action when Savannah, Ben, Griffin, and the rest of the gang break into the zoo, and when Griffin and Ben were tied up by Mr.Nastas, but Griffin and Ben's friends makes a plan to save them. Second there was a mystery when they get all the animals off the boat but the animal shelter person is gone of helping other animals around the world, where are the
I think it was really good I really do think people should read it.
if you were once a kid - or still are one by heart - that had a wild imagination and daydreamed of going on adventures to do daring things with your friends, this is definitely a book I'd recommend picking up. reading through, I was reminded of how venturous I was as a kid (or at least just more gutsy than I am now) with the people I hung out with. the thrill that I'd get from bending the rules every now and then when I was younger, I was reminded of as Griffin and gang underwent their late nigh ...more

I read the book, Zoobreak for the reading challenge. In this book, Griffin Bing and his friends go to a zoo to take back a monkey, but get much more. It started when Savannah Drysdale's , a friend of Griffin, pet monkey Cleo gets out of her yard from her yard. Savannah puts posters around the town and asks Griffin, Ben, Logan, Melissa, and Pitch ( more friends of Griffin and Savannah) to help find Cleo but have no luck. A little while later, Savannah takes Luthor ( her dog) for a walk a he fin
A fun book for any one, this is targeted for ages 8-12. Korman is probably the best dialogue writer around - for any age. Regardless of how complex the vocabulary is, all his dialogue tells you something about the person saying it or moves the plot forward or both. In addition to that, it's hysterically funny. One of the best children's authors working today.

Zoobreak by Gordon Korman is about a girl who loses her pet monkey and needs help from her two friends Ben and Griffin who help get it back, but they have no luck until their class takes a trip to a zoo boat. Savannah makes a commotion when she sees the zoos newest attraction "Eleanor" whom she believes to be Cleopatra. Soon after they find out that Cleo has indeed been abducted by them they figure out all of the animals on the boat have been stolen. Now they don't only have to free Cleo but the ...more

If you like animals and action, this is a book that I would recommend you to read. This fiction book is full of mysteries that will keep you in suspense! While I was reading this book, I was able to make a text to self connection because I have a dog at home and she is the leader of our family at times, just like the dog in this book. This story taught me to never give up looking for something that I feel is important to me.
The setting of this story is the zoo. The main character

Savannah Drysdale's pet monkey has gone missing, and Savannah is sure that Cleo was stolen. On a class field trip aboard a floating animal zoo, she is convinced that the monkey in one of the exhibits is her pet. She enlists the help of her friend Griffin, known as the "Man With a Plan," to execute a zoo break. But, as Griffin knows, what looks good on paper doesn't always turn out quite as planned, especially when furry creatures are involved, and the rescuers end up with a lot more than they ba ...more

This book was Zoobreak. It was by Gordan Korman. This was a fiction book. The main characters were Oitch, Melissa, Ben, Griffin, Savannah, Logan, Darren Vacer, Klaus, and the Zookeeper. Savannah's monkey was stolen, but it was found in the Zoo. Will the crew break in and save the monkey from the horrible zoo? Some problems that characters encountered were that they had to help Savannah. It was difficult since hey were holding animals. In this book my favorite character would be Savannah. She is ...more

This book was a little too juvenile for me, but my 9 year old is getting a good kick out of me reading a series with him. This is book two and this is enough for me to be annoyed that the characters all think they are smarter than adults. I'm sure that is one of the reasons my 9 year old likes it. But the end of the book redeemed itself, when his mom asked him why he doesn't trust grownups, why does he treat them like the enemy. I was going to quit the series, but the end had a cliff hanger. Zoobreak is the second installment in the Swindle book series. The story is about Griffin and his friends making a plan to save Savannah’s pet monkey, Cleo. But they end up doing something that they start to regret.

This is another great book by Gordon Korman, filled with suspense and action. this can really be turned into a movie. The characters were well written and made the story better than it already was, like the main antagonist, Mr. Nastas. He was clearly an evil man

A monkey has gone missing. This is not a regular monkey, it is Savannah Drysdayle's monkey. Savannah assembles a team of her friends and configure a plan to get Cleo the monkey out of captivity, but they run into a problem when getting Cleo and quickly have to get around it. This book is full of clever ideas like when Griffin and Ben devise as plan to get on top of the roof and find their way into the boat.

Zoobreak is about Griffin Bing resembling his group of friends to help save Savannah's pet monkey from an awful zoo as well as the other animals trapped inside it. Run by a greedy man named Mr. Nastase, he is using Savannah's monkey as the new exhibit he doesn't plan to give it back to her any time soon. Now the team must rescue the monkey and other animals from the disgusting zoo and find them a new home.

I personally liked this book because it had a certain charm about it in which some parts
