This book really helped me overcome some of my anxiety that i have developed over the last year. If you have ever truly had a panic attack, you know how scary it is, and how hard it is to overcome. I can guarentee that anyone who reads this book will have a better understanding of what they are going through, along with getting over the obstacles that stop you from living your life!
