Charlie
Strangely prophetic. Especially the essay on the Humanitarian Theory of Punishment. He talks about the danger and unjustness of demoralizing the criminal and chalking everything up to "disease that needs to be cured."

But my favorite part is Lewis likening Santa Claus to the pagan god Kronos in his essay on Christmas. Just perfect!
Frank Peters
Excellent set of essays. Lewis's ability to think and communicate is amazing.
