My best friend was over 35 and attended the author's seminar at the 92nd Street Y. She asked me to read this with her, and I did. This book is for you if you're someone willing and focused to go through all the tasks and to-dos that the author spells out. Otherwise, I say stick to internet dating.

Might be good if you are willing to do whatever it takes to find a man (and that includes quit your job and change locations). I'm going to wait until I'm at the end of the road to pick this book back up.
