anyone who enjoys a good story
Finally finished this book and I really enjoyed it.Great stuff yet again from Scarrow. As with the first two of the series, this was a thoroughly enjoyable read, the main characters Napoleon and Wellesley lead enthralling lives, Napoleon is now Emperor of France and busy conquering Europe, providing some epic battles along the way, but the people of France are starting to resent his love of war. Wellesley on the other hand is trying his best to command an army of his own, but bad luck etc is no...more

Very good book but quite long and it comes across as a bit of a history lesson. Fascinating period of history and very interesting seeing it from the viewpoints of Napoleon and Wellington. It is not like Sharp novels but it certainly fills some of the gaps.
