Yes, I have been in search of the perfect Chinese/Asian specialty cookbook and I finally found it. The Chinese Cuisine by Huang Su-Huei is by far the best. Over the last five years, we've tried almost every dish in the book. It's in two languages Chinese and English. I think every single ingredient I think can be found now in most American markets.
