The back story is the same as in Twin Temptation - two sisters who never knew about the other are reunited after twenty-six years, but thanks to their mother's will have no time to get to know each other before having to spend 21 consecutive days in each other's shoes.

Now it's time for Jordan to live Maddie's life. A life that includes the hunky cowboy of a neighbor, Cash Landry. And while Cash and Maddie are just and only friends, Cash and Jordan are anything but friends...Again at night, befor...more

If you haven't read the first one, don't bother with this one. In reality if both books were bound as one volume it would have been a much more enjoyable experience. Unbelievable plot. Unbelievable actions. Unbelievable characters. Yeah, not my favorite. 2.5 stars with a healthy dose of benefit of the doubt.

I found this plot less convoluted, but no more believable than the previous book (Twin Temptation). I like Jordan and Cash, although I felt a bit clobbered over the head with Cash admiring Jordan's inner strength over and over again. It's a nice change from other romance authors (and common perception), but a consistent theme in Cara Summers' work, that the man is the one eager to make the relationship permanent. Maddie & Jordan were twins, separated as infants, Maddie living with their father and Jordan living with their mother. After the death of both parents, they are brought together as a condition to their mother's will. Now both must live the other's life for 21 days in order to inherit Ware Jewelry.

In this book, Jordan is headed to the ranch to live the life of a ranch hand.

Great book! Excellent romantic syspense!
