I love reading stories with blind characters. Probably sounds odd to say but I love stories where a main character has one disability or another. In the hands of a master craftsman like Mychael Black these characters are as seductive as their "able-bodied" counterparts.

Short lengths are really not my thing, but I bought this one with the first, Onyx. Not bad. Again, the premise of a blind sub & meeting the special needs of a blind sub was interesting, but I need a longer, more complex story.

**Should be read after reading Onyx**

More sweetness and kink with Kale and Ian. They are such a great couple. Yes, it is a very short story, but it's amazing how much is conveyed in so few pages. I wish there was more to read with these characters. Once again, I love the medical kink!

Probably more a 2.5. While I like Kale, the medical play seemed a repeat of the first book, with the addition of fisting. Their commitment to each other was more evident after the scene.
