Great edition that addresses the play as a subject of controversy. Essays from a variety of perspectives clarify the debates that have surrounded the text. Helpful for teachers, for sure.

The only reason I read this book was because it was required for one of my classes (a great class, not such a great play). Well, I was never a big fan of Shakespeare's plays, more of his poetry. Although I didn't enjoy (or understand) reading it, I imagine this could be a funny play to watch (a few comical parts here and there) so two stars!
