Like all the best showcase anthologies, "Myspace Dark Horse Presents 4" brings some fine samplers of what's out there on the Dark Horse label (and others who aren't).
Eric Powell's "The Goon" is one of the best comics series out there and included here is a short, whacky story of Goon and Franky going to a bar and beating up some fishy folk.

Not bad. Some Farel, some Marquis, a bunch of stuff I didn't really understand. Hit or miss, as you'd expected, but the good is pretty good. Since this is reprinting online content, I'd read a lot of the stuff that I knew beforehand was interested in, but there was enough interesting stuff that was new to make it worthwhile.
