This was an interesting book - especially to someone who truly loves Oswald Chambers' books.
The author became intrigued by the foreward signed B.C. in the Oswald Chambers books. She starts researching, talks to the Oswald's daughter Kathleen, in her 80s, and learns the story of Oswald's wife Biddy and the part she played in writing down and publishing her husband's work after his early death at only 43.

Hmmm. A bit disappointing. I did not like the author's style and felt she added way too much fluff. I appreciated that she took the time to search out Oswald Chamber's daughter, Kathleen, and interview her about her mother but the author's style made it difficult to determine what was fact and what was artistic license.

I enjoyed reading about Biddy Chambers but didn't care for Martha Christian's style of writing. Finally realized there wasn't a lot to say about Mrs. Chambers so much of what she wrote was filler.
