Entertaining Coast Guard rescues, but I was frustrated with vague communication causing relationship conflicts.
STORY BRIEF:
Frankie and three men work together as a Coast Guard rescue team. An incident causes Frankie to have hypothermia. Gage and Damon get naked inside a sleeping bag with her to bring up her body temperature. While next to her, Gage realizes he wants her intimately. Later he begins flirting, tempting and inviting her to have sex. She eventually agrees but thinks he is doing it ou...more

You can't help but love any story that has a guest appearance with THE Vin Diesel show up personally! Seriously - how cool is that!!!
I've never read a book about the Coast Guards before, Navy SEAL, yes, Combat, yes, fire fighters, police, yes, yes
But Coast Guards have a GREAT job! I loved this book!
First we start off as Monday Margarita night is in full swing. Once a month, Frankie gets together with the girls - they drink all the tequila in the bar, make a LOT of noise, and share everyone's d...more

The plot and characters of this book had a lot of potential but in the end this book was pretty much a disaster. The basic plot was about two friends who work together and begin to fall in love. Their relationship, which was only advanced by a series of disjointed events and miscommunications, was immature and unrealistic and excrutiating to endure. I probably should have just deleted it sooner, but alas I kept waiting for it to get better.
