I wanted to like this book more than I did, despite the fact that paranormal romance isn't usually my thing. I love the paranormal genre as a whole but like to keep it divorced from my appreciation for romance. Maybe I'm balking unfairly at Twilight. Who knows.

Having said that, I was willing to suspend my disbelief and give this book my attention. All in all, the "mystery" of the relationship between Dax and Celeste was interesting enough (though it was obvious early on as to what was happening...more

Weirdly, I'd read some books from this series before... In this one, a medium falls for a spirit he believes has crossed over. Only, she comes back for a visit! Both are determined to be together, but they have different ways to achieving it. Which way will work, and which way will tear them apart forever?

Eh, could have been a lot better, but it wasn't terrible. I liked the characters well enough, but the story plot was somewhat iffy.
