I almost got rid of this book but I decided to keep it for the crust recipes. The other day I made the corn meal crust. Instructions are clear and results were fine. As far as the pizza recipes go, I figure you can put anything on top of a pizza so they are picturesque, if dated-looking. I bought this way back when I worked at Williams-Sonoma.
