F My Life
Today, my boss fired me via text message. I don’t have a text messaging plan. I paid 25 cents to get fired.
Your girlfriend dumped you, your car broke down, your boss passed you up for the big promotion. Life’s not fair, but there is one sure-fire way to ease your pain–laughing at someone else who had an even worse day than you did.

It is impossible to read from this book without laughing out loud. I challenge everyone to try it.
This book is a collection of submissions from the website fmylife.com - you can go there and read the most recent posts for yourself.
Alex and I picked this book out of the 99-cent bin at BooksAMillion in Meridian during a recent trip to Mississippi. Turns out it wasn't on sale and I paid top dollar for it (FML). Alex read from it for the last two hours of the drive. I...more

A collection of FML's in a novel format. Over 200 pages, but just took me a little over an hour to complete it. Definitely funny, but I think FML's are meant for people to read in small doses and not read the entire book straight through. Easy and light reading, which was perfect for reading after studying last night for an exam. There was no one FML that stood out; therefore, I think it is safe to say you can just get your FML dose from the website daily instead of reading this book."
I bought this for my husband on Valentines Day because I didn't know what else to get him. Needless to say we were both in stitches with tears in our eyes reading the book together. When you think your life can't get any worse, pick up this book for sh*ts and giggles. Sometimes it's good to laugh at other peoples misfortunes and makes your day not seem so bad after all!
Today a creepy man on the subway said he liked my eyeballs. It was the best compliment I’ve received in months. FML
Feeling low? This humorous collection of embarrassing and humiliating stories from the archives of the website of the same name will let you know there are many out there who can relate. Nearly every page of these tales of woe had me chuckling out loud.

Want to have a quick laugh but are without your laptop, iPod, or cell phone? Then this is the book for you!
Got this for Christmas, because my friend knew that I highly enjoyed funny people...and I have highly enjoyed it. Great for when you are having a bad day and just want to laugh at somebody else.

Well, your own day won't seem quite so bad when you read these stories, that's for sure. However, most of them seem too far-fetched to have actually taken place, and I read the book in little more than an hour, so you don't exactly get your money's worth, even with the Kindle edition.
A nice quick read that you can pick up and put down whenever you want, if you can put it down that is.
I liked it because you dont have to keep reading it to remember a storyline, because there isn't one. You could set it down for months or years and not need to start over.

This book tells the horrible, horrific and humorous anecdotes of others' misfortune. It's a fun read and made me laugh out loud. even though some of the stories are definitely fake, i was kind of feeling guilty because laughing at other people's misfortune.
I think I would have liked this better if I had broken up my reading -- a few pages here, a few pages there, just picking it up when I needed a laugh. Doing it in big chunks (or all in one go) results in schadenfreude overload. Honestly, by the end, it had ceased being funny, and I just felt sad.
this book is HILARIOUS! it's not an actual story, but rather a book full of little antedoctes of embarassing incidents from people's lives! (true stories!) i laughed 'till i cried! haha!
This book was hilarious and extremly a rib buster. It makes you not feel so bad because people all over the world are having "F My Life" moments. It let's you're not alone.
Quick, fun read. If you enjoy the website, or enjoy hearing about random occurrences in other people's lives, then you'll like the book. I laughed out loud on numerous entries.
this book reminds me alot of postsecret. I laughed while reading through it. While there are plenty of them that are hilarious, there are some that are just downright sad.
Laffing, snorting, in the car: a more workable blog adaptation that most (e.g.: the F U Penguin book: "pffft"), and readaloudable. Gets old, so take in small doses.

Great Bathroom book. There are a lot of mean/dumb people in the world if you are to believe these blurbs. Some are just laugh out loud funny.

I'm a fan of the site and this book is a collection of some of the best stories. Great to dip in and out of when you have a few minutes to spare.
A good book if you like reading terrible things that happen to other people... kind of like watching a train wreck or hearing really good gossip.
There were a few funny moments in this book, but mostly, it was just a sad look at the sad lives of a lot of sad people.
This book is a great fast read that is totally mindless and made me laugh out loud! I am now a follower of FML on my iphone!
This book caused me to laugh out loud while sitting in DMV. Lucky they know me there or I might have been kicked out.
I'll be buying a copy of this book to have on hand when it's "one of those days" and I need a bit of cheering up.
This book makes sure that you don't feel alone. Even after the worst thing that could ever possibly happen happens.
This book has a position of honor on the back of the toilet in the guest bathroom. Funnier in concept than reality.
So funny.
Also...when I searched this to add it to my books, the 2nd-5th choices are all the Bible. Um?

The book is F-ing hilarious. Some of the stories in there, but it was really funny and worth buying it.

starting reading this in Barnes and Noble and had trouble putting it down. Can't wait to finish it sometime.
I loved this book and go to read a page at random at least once a week to smile or laugh.
Hmmm...none of the things in the book has happened to me, I guess my life doesn't suck that bad! Lol
When I think my life sucks, I read a bit of this. Then I remember things aren't so bad.
Some of the stories were funny, but it was nothing I couldn't have lived without reading.
