Claymore, Vol. 15 / 978-1421531496

I'm a very devoted fan of both the Claymore anime and the manga. I love the crisp black-and-white artwork, and while I realize it's not for everyone I personally think it's a perfect style for graphic novels. I find the action easy to follow, and the faces and body language to be surprisingly emotive. The story is complex and compelling, and I'm all in until the series finally finishes. I own this volume as a Nook Book e-book, and I assume it will shortly be por...more

I LOVE these books. But they have some pretty violent content in them. So I'm adding them to my "read" list because I need to boost my book count for the year (SHHH! Don't tell!) but I don't necessarily recommend them.

On the plus side, I think the current designs of Clare and company objectifies their bodies less. Alas, I can't say the same about the way that Yagi is drawing the other women in the series.

We start off with Chapter 78: The Rebellious Warriors.
Back to the battle, in the Holy City Rabona, Clair and Galatea are in a three party battle all trying to kill each other. Old warriors vs. New Warriors vs. An Awakened Being.
I was very surprised by this volumes twist and I wasn't expecting the plot to take this turn. Very pleasing art aesthetics. Bravo!
Cheers and Happy Reading!

I actually liked this voume it was full of Miria's crazy talk and theory about the organization and there were some action scenes but it's not a stand out volume in the series so 3 satrs.
