I picked up this book to learn more about Korea in general. After reading it, I do feel that I've dug a little bit deep into the culture of Korea and have a better understanding of my host country. I've have a bit of a better understand of history, culture and current events of Korea. The author definitely brought to light some things that I have wondered about Korea and also has put into words some things that I've observed during my time in Korea.
