I enjoyed this book quite a bit, although the end result wasn't what I was expecting when I began the book. I thought I would be doing more creative exercises in order to jumpstart ideas that I have. Instead, most of the book deals with overcoming barriers to women expressing their creativity (facing fears, dealing with inner and outer criticism, making time, etc.). These are worthy topics -- a section on perfectionism and allowing a project to be "done" were very helpful to me.
