Sebuah buku yang menyenangkan. Bukan hanya sekedar membahas sushi dan beberapa detail tentang makanan Jepang itu, tapi juga segala sesuatu yang berkaitan dengan sushi - bahkan sejarah, budaya (saya rasanya bisa mendengar sushi chef berkata dengan lantang irrasshai!), seni sampai paham zen. It's a treat, though I haven't had the chance to actually eat it :D
This book is beautiful! I was amazed to receive this from the Goodreads Giveaway program! I can't wait to read it and share it with my foodie son, Todd!
