Sometimes a book is timely for me. Though most of this book was things that I already knew, it was a reminder of things that I forget sometimes. Such as anger being a secondary emotion. Anger is something I seriously struggle with, and that's a shocker to most people. No, I don't mean assault and battery anger; I mean more like I'm pissed at you for something stupid and in my brain I'm obsessing over it. Seriously.
I have trouble with forgiveness and I've discovered recently that because I'm nonconfrontational I don't forgive.
