Another scorcher in the 'Nauti' series--this one's sure to set off the smoke alarms! Virginal Janey Mackay and uber-alpha Special Forces Major Alex Jansen are one smokin' hot couple, and it doesn't take them long to get down to business. Of course, Alex has had his eye on Janey since she was seventeen, but he was 31, so anything happening between them was out of the question. But she's a 23 year old woman now, and yeah, he's an older man of 37, but she's no longer jail-bait, and this 'thing' More...

Get out your fire extinguisher! "Nauti Intentions" by Lora Leigh will leave you in a sweat. Her stories feature hard-core Alphas who don't let anything stand in the way of 'taking care' of their women. They aren't mean, they aren't cruel...but they also leave no doubts about who runs the show.

Janey is trying to settle into life back in her hometown and get to know her big brother Natches. She's also trying to recover from the horrible incident that left her nearly dead, More...

I have always enjoyed Leigh’s erotica. Although my fav series of hers is the “Bound Hearts” series. Not the early novels published by Ellora’s Cave, but the last three by St. Martin’s Griffin. I have always felt these are her best erotic work.

But you know what? This last Nauti novel achieves the same high level of quality. No kidding. Hey, no one is more surprised by this than I am. I liked the third novel in this series best because Natches was always my fav of the three Naut More...

For the most part, I enjoyed this erotic-romantic suspense that is a continuation in the "Nauti series" (#4). It includes the characters from the earlier books and their wives, but in minor rolls--except for Natches. He plays a fairly large roll in this one and, unfortunately, his character got on my nerves. He was constantly arguing with his sister over her life and the restaurant. Constantly.

The two main h/h (Alex and Janey) were neat to follow. They had the hots for More...

Very good continuation of the Nauti series. Janey is Natches younger sister. He is very protective. So when one of his team shows more than just casual interest, he is very upset. But Alex has been wanting Janey since she was 17 years old - now she is 23 years old and a woman with her own mind.

Janey is the baby sister of Natches Mackay and after the revelations in Nauti Dreams she is finally able to make a life for herself and make her dreams become reality. Those dreams entail expanding the restaurant of her father and...Alex Jansen, or at least that is what Alex is hoping for, since Janey has been all he's dreamed of since she was eighteen years old.

And those dream are not only about protecting Janey but also contains some heat rising, and most defintely r-rated fantasi More...

My Review:
Janey thought her nightmare was over when her father and aunt died taking with them the threat to her, her brother, and their community, but someone has Janey in their sights as the same kind of traitor that her father was and is out to get her.

Alex was the one that took the shot that saved Janey before. Now he is determined to save her again while at the same time, claiming her as his own.

Janey is one tough chick. She acted as the perfect daughter for years to More...

Book four in the "Nauti" series by Lora Leigh is "Nauti Intentions". It's the story of Janey Mackay (Natches little sister and cousin to "Dawg" and "Rowdy" from the first three books). *some spoilers*

Back blurb: "Since he saw Janey Mackay taking a dip in her bikini, Major Alex Jansen has had to quell the fire she ignites in him. Even touching her would mean death at the hands of the Mackay men. Until now, the girl of his dreams—and f More...

Nauti Intentions is the 4th book in the Nauti Boy series. I’ve read the previous three, so it was no surprise when I picked this one up and devoured it. I’m a huge Lora Leigh fan and am amazed at her ability to write so many different series (The Breed Series, Tempting Seals Series, Elite Ops Series, etc.) In all of Miss Leigh’s books you are guaranteed three things.
1. An extremely testosterone driven alpha male with a capital A.
2. Some serious sexual and emotional tension bet More...

I really wanted to like this book as it has elements I enjoy in a book like an alpha hero, and strong family relationships. Unfortunately due to characteristics of LL's writing, I didn't "feel" these elements in the book, even though they were there. There was so much grunting, glaring, threatening, and yelling, and that was just among the people who "love" each other!

The plot was OK. I wasn't bored with the stalker storyline as I haven't read enough of Leigh's ot More...

Janey Mackay has picked herself up from the traumatic experience of being violated by her evil aunt and sadistic father. She has decided to turn her father's restaurant into a thriving concern rather than the tawdry front for her traitorous father's activities but she has to overcome the prejudice and blame heaped upon her from the locals. Alex Jansen has been waiting for Janey to grow up before dealing with the backlash that he knows he is going to get from the rest of her testosterone-laden More...

This guy is more than intriguing... he's sexy, all alpha and commanding and so stubborn and determined that all those things together may as well take any woman down...

Nobody, but nobody, writes steamy like Lora Leigh. She is a master and her books are her masterpieces. The problem arises when I am sick of reading steamy lovescenes. They are the centerpieces of her stories.

In Nauti Intentions, Alex Jansen and Janey McKay are the two steaming between the covers. Alex is part of the Rowdy/Dawg/Natches hometown hero bunch after solving the militia issue in the previous book. In that one, Janey and Natches' father is exposed as the animal he was a More...

Yeah...I hated Alex. Janey was great -- thus the 4 stars. Wish there was more of Natches (Janey's brother). Speaking of Alex -- he was a Diana Palmer hero want-to-be right down to the "Little Girl you're so fragil I got to protect you and its all your fault that I'm melting here!" mentality. Jeeze this guy acted like his male parts should be in the museum of natural history or something. Way overboard with his ideal of using his "male assets" to keep a More...

I think this is the best "Nauti" book yet. I really like Alex. He is a hard-boiled soldier but with a tender heart when it comes to his friends and Janey (his friends little sister). Alex is 14 years older than Janey but she's wanted him since she was 17 and believe me the feeling was mutual except he felt like a pervert because of the age difference. But now that she's 23, all bets are off. The scorching hot sex scenes actually made me blush. WOW.

This one has a great More...

I wanted to like this book as I have all the others in the series, but this book stunk. I ended up skimming a majority of the book. First of all I have no problem with a big age difference. I believe true love finds you no matter what your age. Janey is 23 and Alex is 38. However the way Alex and her ENTIRE FAMILY treats her AND the way she herself acts, you would think she was 17. Janey is immature, has no self esteem and thinks of every male in her family as a "protector". Eve More...

I think I agree with a lot of other reviewers that this is probably the best in the series so far. I liked the story overall...the romance, the characters, the story, etc. All in all, a very engaging story.

Series note:
Probably best to rest this series in order.

Oh yumm - another entry in the Nauti series with the usual suspense, action, hot sex and likable characters found in LL's books. All the past heroes/heroines have bit parts [the Nauti series is definitely a family affair:] with a few of the other players showing back up as well. Mark & Tyrell [two of my favorite non-player characters:] are there along with Timothy the rabid leprechaun from Homeland Security. I enjoyed it.

My favorite of the Nauti-books, because everything was just right...enough roughness, enough tenderness, very good dirty talk, the sex scenes well written and HAWT, no menage in sight, and the emotional turmoil between hero and heroine touched me very much. The heroine was damaged, but strong, and I just liked her a lot, which is nice- because I often like the hero and don't care that much for the heroine. The book had everything, perfect read, nothing to complain.

Ok, so it's getting to be that if you've read one book by Lora Leigh, you've read them all. How sad because I just found Lora's books by accident in a used bookstore less than a year ago, and still haven't got thru them all yet. But for goodness sake, some variety among the characters would be really nice. It seems all the men are afflicted with the same idiotic impulses towards insane jealousy and pumped up testosterone, and all the women are feisty and exceedingly nosy at the same time. Ah wel More...

OMG how hot is this book. Alex and Janey are a hot couple and the threat to Janey is believable if you have followed the Mackey story in the other books. Who turns out to be the threat is a surprise and is well thought out and executed. I have to admit I love Lora Leigh books and this is as sizzling as her others including her breeds series.

As usual, Lora Leigh does it again. Gotta love those Nauti men. I absolutely love how the males in her stories are so incredibly in love and devoted to their women. As if they can't breathe with out them. Love it! Their arrogance cracks me up sometimes. Its comical how they try and control their mates sometimes and just fail. Although the plot was not all that complicated in this particular book, it still had some suspense and TONS of passion.

Read out of order, but don't think this would have made a differnce. Didn't really care for Alex very much. It was disturbing that a man in his late 30's was lusting after a 23 year old woman for 6 or 7 years. Kind of creepy. He seemed to use Janey, a woman with very little experience with men as a toy and he really seemed to manhandle her. Nope, didn't care for this.

Natches's sister has come home, only to find the man of her dreams is finally interested in her. Not only that, but he's intrusted to keep her safe. She has a few folks in town that don't like her just because of who her father was. It's a great book, and a fun read. Love this series. It's hot, and thrilling, and always leaves me wanting more.

Wished there would have been more of a relationship development in this book. Dialogue between characters wasn't that deep. One misunderstanding, which could have been solved quickly, lasted almost the entire book which was annoying. Having said all that, it's still a great Leigh book with a lot of steamy scenes and I read it in one night!

Nauti Intentions started out good, but ended up falling flat for me. I felt that Alex and Janey were a bit underdeveloped. I thought their attraction to each other was genuine, but it didn't go past lust for me. Janey was looking for love because she had to hide any emotions she felt from her father or he would use it against her. Alex was a hard man who didn't believe in love. Honestly, I felt that Janey was willing to settle and deserved better. Alex wasn't a bad man by an More...

I am giving this four stars for the very good plot line and hot steamy sex scene that Lora Leigh created/ the only thing I don't like was Janey's attitude towards her whole family. I understand that she didn't want to put them in danger, but come on, you have to accept help some point in your life.
