This book has excellent recipes, they are all very tasty. The author makes these dishes for a big family so they make a lot of food.

Only two gripes: 1) The book is kind of small and paperback so it's hard to keep it open while I'm cooking and 2) The recipes are not well written. You have to read through the whole recipe and understand it before you go to the store.

But otherwise, I'm very happy with it. We've been eating every meal out of it for a month and have liked...more

this book has a few really good recipes [almond balls, veggie burgers, etc:] however, many of the recipes call for a few ingredients that are questionable to my family and myself for baking [e.g. use of coconut oil and stevia sweetener:]...interesting read and the resources noted at the end of the book are enticing...
