It has been 3 years since I developed a wheat allergy. I only recently added waffles, and bread (wheat/gluten free). This book, and the class I took with the author, definitely worth it----
The blondies were delicious and the home made Oreos were great. I can't wait to try more recipes from this cookbook!
Great, easy recipes, work up exactly as you would expect!
