I don't normally read books on women studies but I thoroughly enjoyed the topics and themes discussed in this book. I could really relate to the discussed images and pressures placed on women at various stages of life and I found it quite important to understand how these influences affect how womens' lives. I think this was quite impactful and every woman could appreciate, given the very specific details and stories that Harris describes in the various stages. This was an insightful read that ...more
