Numbering Your Genealogy is an excellent treatment of the 4 primary numbering systems used in genealogy. With genealogy programs that now generate the numbering for us, it is easy to take these numbering systems for granted. The first half of this book covers the numbering systems used by most genealogical programs. The description and examples are clear and concise.

What really makes this booklet worth its weight in gold is the treatment of complex families. Now more than ever, we live in blende...more
