OK book, lots of filler. Baby not very involved, in fact most of the time the book suggests that you lay baby on mat while the mom does the yoga pose. If you are looking for baby yoga moves I suggest [Itsy Bitsy Yoga].
The other reviews of this book are accurate, it is yoga for mommies not babies.
Good for spending time with your baby while doing something good for you too!
