I enjoyed the first two parts. After that I was a little lost for a bit after each new part started. It was well written. I just didn't enjoy the "Twilight Zone" feel of the strange and bizarre with twists. I kept waiting for everything to tie together more, but it just continued on, added more characters. Overall, not a bad book, just not one I was expecting.

I've never read anything by Hillary DePiano......... I won a copy of this book in a giveaway. It was an awesome novella. I couldn't put it down! As an added bonus, she signed the copy I received :-) I definitely recommend this book to people who LOVE page-turners. Thumbs up!

This book is ambitious in it's premise, which is a blurring of the boundaries between art and reality; characters and authors; what is real and what is not. Hillary DePiano has a wonderful sense of her phrasing, and does a comendable job of playing with the edges of realities. I got confused at times (who is Bill? / maybe it doesn't matter...), but in a way that was part of the fun of reading this book

Interesting to try to wrap your mind around. I enjoyed and followed the first two sections, but after that had a little difficulty keeping it all straight. I received this from First Reads.
