I have been a friend of Mahala's since 1981, when I chose her beautiful pottery over porcelain. With a wedding coming up..I couldn't imagine having anything but Ms. Bishop's table ware!. We visited New York City together one time, both of us old friends of Manhattan. Took a ladies' overnight with other friends to Martha's Vineyard and stayed in her family summer home there.
