I am Reiki 2 certified and I use this book as a reference to the craft. I love it. Its so easy to read, understand, and do.....Reiki is simply energy work. Manipulating energy to unblock your bodies Qi and to restore balance to your chakras. Sounds strange I know...but it works..and it feels amazing. Like with any "for dummies" books, this one, too, is a great reference work for those who want to learn what Reiki really is. An objective and netural, and well researched book, indeed.
Love this as an alternative to Essential Reiki. The woman is much more rational and less crazy hippie. This is my first stop as a Reiki practitioner.
Excellent reference and review of the healing process for one who has completed the training at the practitioner level!
Really enjoyed this as a follow up on attending a Reiki course. It's good for an introduction and it is easy reading.
