This was the second book in the series of three. Hope was a joy to write. Unlike Faith, there is no card game instead its a battle against nature. Hope's love affair with the town's doctor pits her against the town. When the flu arrives, a fine line is drawn between taking care of the moralist and taking care of those who are sick.
