I was actually really disappointed with this book - there was so much of the "well, only a trained and qualified herbalist should be doing this or that, so I'm not going to go into it here." Aside from disagreeing with Hoffmann about what constitutes a healthy diet, I felt this book really lacked depth. I had expected depth since it was a book specifically about stress relief. Normally I learn a lot from Hoffmann's books, but I couldn't wait to just be done with this one.
