One of several cook books that are a staple in my kitchen. Used so much the pages fall out and I have adjusted some of the recipes to fit my standards. I tend to think the frosting recipes are too sweet. There is a great red wine marinade recipe which calls for molasses and one Tbsp of ketchup.
