Brigands M.C. (Cherub #11)
2. James is my favourite character in this book. You see a whole new side of him, the rebellious, delinquent side. He rides motorcycles and is a total badass in this book. Even though his role is to be a part of a motorcycle gang, he's still a trusted and reliable Cherub agent which really shows how much he's matured.

Brigands M.C. is a dramatic and action packed novel written by Robert Muchamore. The intended audiences are young adults or teens. I thought Brigands M.C. was a very suspenseful and interesting novel that had very realistic characters.

It introduced a new charachter Dante Scott and the book focused on him rather than James and Lauren Adams who up till now have been the main charachters in the series.
The background to Dante's story was excellent and I thought it was very clever how they brought in his connections to the other Cherubs in the series that we have got to know including how he did his basic training at the same time as Lauren.

I read Brigands, by Robert Muchamore. The Brigands is a piece of realistic fiction about a two boys, Dante and James, and James's sister, Lauren. Muchamore starts the book telling about how a criminal gang killed Dante’s family and how Dante barely escaped. Five years later, Dante is at Cherub; a branch of British Intelligence that uses kids to spy on adults. Cherubs are highly trained, smart kids, aged under seventeen and they have one big advantage; adults never expect kids are spying o ...more
Okay, I'm going to move on. I shall stop cursing this man... rake.
Brigands M.C. goes back into the past. This time it employs flashbacks, and other little plot devices to tell the story of a CHERUB agent by the name of Dante Scott. Dante Scott was young when his entire family, well not entirely (if I recall correctly, his young sister named Holly survived ...more
