Finally got through this. Seems a very calm and competent approach to car ownership, although I don't know that it'll actually persuade many teenage (or adult) girls to do the monthly checks of fluids, tires, etc. Great concept, though. Finds the right balance between vague and tediously detailed, providing just enough info to orient the reader while directing her to additional resources for further info as needed.
