This book has valuable tidbits and expanations on how to let anger go, forgive those you love, and realize that the relationships you surround yourself with each day are more important that how you feel at a particular moment. Very nice book that gives examples of how to interact with friends, lovers, kids and co-workers.

This is a great book that actually was a pretty easy read that helped in getting me to understand the underlying issues w/ anger. I found it to be really helpful considering the different way they describe things in order to have tools to use to help w/ this.
