Love knows no bounds…and this is especially true for the frantic main character of The Last Generation to Die, Pulitzer Prize winning reporter Charlie Carr, who will go to any length to obtain the cure for his dying daughter’s cystic fibrosis amidst a torrent of stem cell controversy, corrupt politics, and conspiracy. Marc L. Paulsen’s novel is a quick read, written as an adapted screenplay, but doesn’t fall short on suspense, action, and its fair share of twists and turns.

The drama begins when
While this book was a thrilling adventure of a man's quest to get the miracle life-saving serum discovered by a local lab to give to his dying daughter the book lacked depth and description. Without giving away the ending, I would have liked it to be described more accurately since it left the reader with a few questions as to how certain things came about.
