It is not the fault of this acclaimed manga series that I've become completely lost in the reading of this volume. It is all mine, which can be expected when I've skipped around years of monthly issues and new releases to get to this part. It is the second part of an epic tale. I can not recognize the new characters, or even the regulars, except for Manji, the eponymous immortal swordsman.

Complain as I might about this story arc running too long, its ending and epilogues are worth every page. Manji and Rin get both moments of serene reunion and peril that requires unprecedented teamwork, showing off how Rin has grown. As usual the fight scenes in this series can be a bit confusing, but the gorgeous art makes up for it. There is also a very entertaining article at the end. :~D

I skipped book 19-20 because I'm a little tired of the Dr. Evil plotline. Liked where 21 finally took the story. Still a big fan, nausea and all.

Excelentes combate, regresso de velhos inimigos e uma cornucópia de surpresas. Um dos melhores volumes da série.
