This a very short story less than 20 pages and a D / s' story. Actually it's not really an hard core type of BDSM's story, I read a lot more in the past; in this one the main characters limit themself to some spanking (all right, with a paddle, but still only spanking) and some power games, like "you can only come when I said it". The main reason for it to be a D / s' story is to test the relationship between the heroes, and the trust there is between a Master and his submissive.

So, this was me trying to test my boundaries with a m/m romance... What a better way to do it than with a quickie e-book, right? :)
Well, I'm sorry to say, but this story didn't work for me. There was nothing wrong with the author's writing and the m/m setup, I must say. It was the D/s thing that freaked me out. I just can't help cringing whenever there's hard spanking and punishment going on during a love scene. Definitely, not my cuppa.

This story isn't so much about D/s than about a lover who has cheated, regrets it and will do anything to apologize and be forgiven.
Deke was his own worst enemy: scared of being a disappointment to his lover and Dom Val, he cheats rather than admit his fear. When he realizes hist mistake, he returns to Val, asking for his punishment and forgiveness.

Veeerrrrry short! But, for the amount of pages that it was, I liked it. I am interested enough to read more by this author.
Sorry, but I can't buy that particular excuse for cheating. Otherwise it was an OK story with a lot of spaniking in it.

This well-written story takes place in one night in which both men are unbelievably sexually potent (up to three times). It’s about a cheating sub who wants to do everything for his Dom to take him back. The night is a test and there’s a lot of spanking and hot sex involved. Fun, quick read if you don’t mind the spanking. 3.5 stars
