A long time back, I heard Larry Osborne speak at his church (North Coast Church in Vista, CA) and it was, well, decent. Nothing spectacular - not one of those sermons that you furiously scribble notes on the back of the bulletin in order to reuse someday. This book offers thought-provoking insight into spirituality and Christianity. I read this with a study group and the discussions this book brought forth were astounding! It is literally in invitation to see past the dogma of most religions and explore deeper spiritual and life questions. Although it focuses on Christianity the lessons are applicable across the board. It speaks to the human spirit.
